The call
A Papatoetoe homeowner had their bag stolen from a car at the shops — house keys inside, along with a wallet carrying ID with their address. That's the combination that turns a bad day into a security problem, and they were right to treat it as urgent.

What we did
Rekeying means we pull each cylinder, dump the old pins, and re-pin it to a brand-new key — the lock hardware stays exactly where it is. The photo shows one of the house cylinders on the bench in the van mid-rekey, pins laid out, new key already cut.
Three entrance locks and a garage door cylinder were re-pinned to one new key in about an hour. Every old key is now useless, and the owners got four fresh keys cut and tested on the spot.
