Change or rekey?
If the hardware is sound and you simply want the old keys dead, rekeying is cheaper. Replace when the lock is worn, corroded, insecure by modern standards, or when you are upgrading to a deadbolt or smart lock. We will tell you honestly which one your door needs — often it is the cheaper option.
